Humming is the perfect way to warm up and exercise your voice because it unlocks the vocal chords in the gentlest possible way.
Is your tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth? Let it drop and rest the tip of your tongue against your lower teeth. You may notice a whole new resonant sound and sensations.
